Gurus has and always will be a free conference. We know how tight budgets can be, and specifically we know how tricky tech budgets can be at local churches.

Because of this, we intend to provide a full conference at no cost to you other than your travel arrangements and food. How is this possible?

Fortunately, we enlist several great audio, video, and lighting manufacturers and engineers each year to help sponsor the event by exhibiting. They get a chance to connect with tech teams and share their gear, and you get a chance to check out the newest technology and talk with the experts.

We are also blessed to have the continual support of Ben Mankin and Mankin Media Systems. Mankin Media Systems donates a lot of their time, resources, staff, gear, and expertise each year to making this event possible.

Although we are very thankful to have the generous support of Mankin Media Systems and our exhibitors, their contributions do not cover all of the costs to host, plan, and prepare for each Gurus event.

We estimate that on average, Gurus events cost $25 per attendee. We love keeping this event free of charge, but we do appreciate any donation you could make in helping us continue to host Gurus events.
